Beef Roast Hash
Ingredients
3 potato's
1 onion
1 tsp garlic powder
3 cups of left over pot roast
2 cups of drippings from the meat
2 TBS flour
Olive oil
Dice potatoes and onions and pour olive oil (roughly 1-2 TBS) into a skillet. Season the potatoes and onions with garlic powder.
Fry potatoes until almost just starting to soften.
Add in the roast, flour and drippings.
Add in the roast, flour and drippings.
Cook the rest of the way through until roast in warm, drippings are gravy and potatoes are soft.
